Key Updates
- New Clients: Paperless billing is automatically enabled. Agents can opt clients out initially, but clients can manage their preferences at any time via the customer portal.
- Existing Clients (as of March 2025): Maintain their current billing method but can easily switch to paperless via the customer portal.
Clients enrolled in paperless billing will receive email notifications with secure PDF statements.
