Roger Walleck is President and CEO at Missouri Employers Mutual (MEM). In this role, he is responsible for the vision, direction, and strategic development of the company, as well as overall management and business implementation. 

Prior to MEM, Walleck spent more than a decade in leadership positions at the Meadowbrook Insurance Group, most recently as Chief Underwriting Officer and Executive Vice President. In this role, he set underwriting appetite, tolerance, and limits for carriers of the group. He also oversaw all underwriting activities and the development of predictive analytic models. Walleck held several positions with Liberty Mutual before joining Meadowbrook. 

At MEM, Walleck previously served as Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer, providing executive leadership, and directing the company’s pricing and risk selection activities. He managed agency and policyholder relationships to maximize company profitability and customer service and ensured strategic alignment between the leadership team and field underwriters. He also led the company’s Customer Care Operations, Premium Consultation, Safety and Risk Services, and Underwriting teams, an extensive group of insurance professionals delivering thousands of assessments, consultations, and training sessions each year. 

Walleck holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University. He holds several professional designations, including Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter and Associate in Insurance Services. He is an active member of the CPCU Society and the Risk & Insurance Management Society. During his insurance career, Walleck has served on the committees of several national insurance organizations. He has been appointed by Governor Mike Parson and confirmed by the Missouri Senate to serve on the Missouri Workers’ Compensation Determinations Review Board. 

Timothy D. Jackman is the President and CEO of Previsor Insurance, who provides workers compensation coverage in a six-state area and partners with Missouri Employers Mutual to support policyholders with multistate workers compensation needs. In this role, he represents Previsor with key stakeholders, oversees operations and is responsible for strategic execution. He transitioned from Interim President and CEO of the company in November 2020 and has served on the Previsor Board of Directors since 2016. 

Prior to Previsor, Jackman worked at MEM, beginning in 1995 as General Claims Manager and taking on the role of Vice President of Claims in 1997. Under his leadership, the department was recognized as ‘Best in Class’ claims operations for several years, as rated by outside independent claims consultants. He also served as Senior Vice President of Operational Services. His achievements include the formation of a captive law firm, the reorganization of a managed care program, and a company culture that increased its safety commitment.  

Prior to MEM, Jackman worked with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for 14 years, serving in various leadership positions in multiline claims management. He holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration from Central Methodist University in Fayette, MO. He has worked with an executive coach and continues his education through insurance and management seminars.  

Jackman is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for Central Methodist University, the Lincoln Public School Memorial Committee, the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of West Central Missouri (and Advisory Committee member at the Fayette location), the Board of Trustees of Missouri Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, and the Board of Commercial Trust Company. He is also a member of the Fayette Rotary Club, the Chair of the Fayette Together Social Justice Project, the Board of Directors for the Howard County Historical Museum, and the coordinator of the Annual Juneteenth Celebration, all in Fayette, MO.

Andy Ribaudo joined Missouri Employers Mutual as VP, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2017. In this role, Ribaudo provides executive leadership for finance, investments, and actuarial services. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining an integrated operational and financial plan to meet MEM’s envisioned future.

In addition, he is responsible for MEM’s Enterprise Risk Management program, and co-leads the company’s reinsurance purchasing. Ribaudo also serves on the Board of Directors of Previsor Insurance Company, MEM’s vehicle for out of state business. He has more than 30 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, and understands the complexities of actuarial science, financial planning and modeling.

Ribaudo previously worked with the Great American Insurance Company/American Financial Group, where he served as the CFO of an AFG-owned syndicate at Lloyd’s of London. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and actuarial science from the University of Connecticut and two graduate degrees from the University of Phoenix. Ribaudo also holds several professional designations, including Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

In his spare time, Ribaudo and his family are very involved in Special Education advocacy, including helping to form Missouri’s first Special Education PTA, as well as advocating to the Missouri Legislature on bills related to special education.

Jennifer Barth is Vice President and Chief Legal and Claims Officer at MEM. In this role, Barth is responsible for leading and counseling the company on a broad range of legal and compliance matters including corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management. In addition, she oversees claims and people development and serves as the Corporate Secretary for the company. Barth ensures we uphold the highest legal and claims processing standards and foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization. 

Barth oversees the corporate legal and compliance team, as well as CompLegal, a comprehensive team of lawyers who represent MEM policyholders in claims cases. In 2023, she expanded her leadership oversight to the MEM Claims Department. In this role, she leads a talented team of claims professionals and guides the organization toward improved claim outcomes through strategic leadership and initiatives.

She began her career at MEM in 2005 as Human Resources Manager. In 2009, she became Legal Counsel and worked in that role until she became Vice President and General Counsel in 2012. Prior to MEM, she worked as a Managing Attorney for the State of Missouri, with a focus on employment law.

Barth holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Missouri State University and her law degree from the University of Missouri Columbia School of Law. She is a 2008 graduate of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce Leadership Columbia program and a 2013 graduate of the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge. She completed the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School in 2021.

Barth received her Senior Professional in Human Resources designation through the Society for Human Resource Management and obtained a certificate in Insurance Regulation through The Institutes. She is a current member of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce Women’s Network and City of Columbia Personnel Advisory Board. Barth is currently serving on the Executive Committee for the Hawthorn Foundation.

Jennifer Peck is Vice President and Chief Strategy & Customer Experience Officer at MEM. As a key architect of MEM’s strategic plan, Jennifer leads strategic decision-making and drives commitment to customer focus, integrating financial data, analytics and critical input from across and outside the company to set and achieve growth strategies. Peck provides vision and leadership for the functions of Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Customer Care, Premium Consultation and Safety and Risk Services. 

Since Peck joined MEM in 2001, she has been simplifying complex business problems to enable effective and efficient solutions. To better enable long-term growth, she transformed MEM’s corporate communication function into a customer-focused, growth-driven marketing team and initiated today’s corporate strategy function. She connects resources across the organization to set strategic priorities and align people, processes, and tools to get results.

Peck earned a bachelor’s from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has completed continuing education in insurance, marketing, data-based decision making, and executive leadership. She is a member of the American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds and serves on the Board of Directors at The Food Bank of Central and Northeast Missouri.

Rene Tettleton Eslinger is Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at MEM. In this role, she leads the planning and execution of business development strategies and cultivates revenue growth, including prospecting new accounts, growing existing accounts, building agency relationships, and ensuring accurate and effective underwriting.   

Tettleton Eslinger is an accomplished and results-driven leader with a strong insurance background that includes management positions in both sales and underwriting. She has provided leadership, vision, and strategy to business development and sales programs as MEM’s Director of Sales since 2013. She was promoted to Vice President in 2016 and supports the organization’s long-term strategic business plan by growing target business opportunities in a balanced and efficient manner.  

Prior to MEM, Tettleton Eslinger served as Field Sales Director for Fireman’s Fund Insurance in Alpharetta, GA. She worked with both agents and employees to grow profitable business and focus on exceeding customer needs. She also worked as Assistant Vice President and Regional Underwriting Manager at Zurich Insurance.  

Tettleton Eslinger earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University. She completed her certificate in General Insurance through the Insurance Institute of America, the Executive Scholars program in Leadership at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a Registered Workers’ Compensation Specialist. She has also earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. She volunteers for organizations including the Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri and the Columbia Humane Society. 

Kevin Miller is Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at MEM. In this role, he is responsible for driving strategic capability change and value delivery to realize the overall MEM strategy.  He leads several comprehensive teams that focus on utilizing data and analytics, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, and developing holistic strategies to further the company’s strategic vision.   

Prior to MEM, Miller held numerous IT Leadership positions at CUNA Mutual including Vice President Application Development, Vice President of IT Strategy and Architecture and Chief Information Security Officer. He was also responsible for business intelligence/data warehousing and the enterprise testing center. He has extensive insurance experience in sales and marketing, new business, underwriting, operations, policy administration and claims. Miller also has a management consulting background, having worked at Accenture for ten years performing insurance high value consulting work.

Miller has a bachelor’s in Business and Computer Systems and minor in Technical Communications from Milwaukee School of Engineering. In addition, he has been quoted in a number of insurance technology thought leadership publications, including Insurance & Technology, CU Times and TechTarget.
