Key updates 

For new policyholders: Effective immediately, all new policyholders will be automatically enrolled in paperless billing, providing you with streamlined statements and eliminating service fees from the beginning. However, you will always have the option to opt out of paperless billing if you prefer to receive paper statements. 

For existing policyholders (as of March 2025): You will continue with your current billing method. We strongly encourage you to experience the efficiency and cost savings of transitioning to paperless billing. Updating your preferences is effortless – simply log in to your account via our secure online portal and navigate to your User Profile to make the quick and easy switch. 

What to expect  

Once enrolled in paperless billing, you’ll receive a timely email notification whenever a new billing statement is available. Your statement will be conveniently attached to the email as a secure PDF file for easy viewing and saving.
